Owners inform me papers are in perfect order

and salt the only cargo. Vessel was employed in carrying

salt on account of the salt administration Foochow.

She cleared Customs Swatow for Foochow via

Chauan Bay on April 2nd.

Owing to Japanese interference

complete loading at Chauan Bay impossible and approval of salt

Gabelle and Customs Foochow was obtainel to complete cargo at

Hsiao Hsu 25° 13' North longitude 118° 59' East.

Absence of manifest from Chauan Bay probably

due to cargo being incomplete.
